For purchases under 80 € shipping costs 3 €.

Return Policy

FOR ALL OF GREECE

You can return any product for FREE and we will refund your money within 15 days, in case the return is due to a mistake of the company (the return can be done by issuing a credit document or by refund).

Attention! In case of payment by credit card, no cash is refunded but the refund is made to your credit card through Eurobank.

If you want to return the product for your personal reasons, without any mistake of our company, then the shipping costs will be covered by you. You can ONLY make one change in each product.

IMPORTANT: To return your order you must first know the order number and choose the return or exchange (color or size). We can not do this without these details, so please make sure you complete and include the “return form” in your package. Also in case of exchange, make sure you include the desired size or color in the “return form”.

Return of non-defective products – Right of withdrawal by the customer

The customer can withdraw the sale within 15 days from the shipment of the product and at his own expense return it to the company. The company is entitled to accept the return of the product ONLY in the case that its packaging has not been violated and is accompanied by proof of payment(receipt) . The refund money is sent within a week of receipt of the product. The refund can be made by issuing a credit document, cash return or deposit in the beneficiary’s account. The refund will be made depending on how the products are paid.

Attention! In case of payment by credit card, no cash is refunded but the refund is made through Eurobank to your credit card.

Change in Color or Size

  • You can exchange the product for a different size or color within 15 days of receiving your original order. In this case the return costs and the costs of the new shipment are covered by you. If the change is due to a mistake of the company, the corresponding costs are covered by us. You can ONLY make one change in each product.
  • Just note the details of the replacement on the “return form” you received with your order.
  • If you want to return your product for an exchange in size or color, we will send the replacement to the pre-order delivery address on your order unless you fill in a new one in the corresponding field on the return form.
  • All products will be inspected upon return to the business.
  • The products arrive at our company at your own risk, so you must make sure that they are properly packaged (not necessarily in their original packaging) and can not be damaged on the road!
  • In case a product is returned in improper condition, we will have to send it back to you.
  • The company does not bear any responsibility for any products that have been returned to us by mistake.
  • We recommend that you keep the post office / courier receipt until the return process is complete and receive our email stating that we have received your return.
  • We can exchange the product for a different size or color of the same product. If you would like a different product, you will need to place a new order.

 Order cancellation

In case your order has been executed and is in the process of shipping then you should follow the product return process that was previously analyzed.
